I find myself consumed with the freshness and simplicity of the dishes. Their passion is undeniable and their commitment to sourcing ingredients from as close to the kitchen as possible is evident in every bite. They’ve lived the Slow Food philosophy for centuries.
While we certainly dig deep into the food and wine, we also host private tours into the architecture, history and people’s homes who pour generations of passion into everything they do.
